“The ultimate in creativity is being in touch with your undiluted desires.”   (Jennifer Louden)

Being in touch with our undiluted desires is essential to the success of whatever it is that we are creating.  After all, if you do not know what your undiliuted desires are than how are you to reinvent yourself?  A dictionary definition of desire is to “wish or long for; crave; want.”  (You may wish to check out the late Wayne Dyer’s amazing book called WISHES FULFILLED)  Reinventing yourself and creating your best life requires that you continue to be grateful for what you already are and have and then, like a detective, dis-cover your undiluted desires and take full responsibility for your own life. When we do not take full responsibility for our own life then we are giving away our power.  Our power to, not power over.  Power over is an old paradigm and it no longer works, if it ever did.

We choose our path.  Even not choosing is a choice.  People who believe that life just happens give their power away making themselves a victim of other people or circumstances.  My teacher, the Amazing Grace says, “some of us fear success.  So we ask ourselves – what would happen if I am successful?  How would I change?  Is it what I want?  Walk down the path into your future.  Only take advice from people who have what you want – and even then – be careful.”

We talked last week about a possible ‘ebb’ state in your flow of abundance.  If you are currently in one – then the challenge (related to mental mastery, as well as to faith and trust) is to believe in your future prosperity.  Everything on earth is cyclical.  Focus on what you are learning in the ebb and what you are creating.  I use my ebb periods, as guided by my angels, to continue to acquire new knowledge, to relax and enjoy the deliciousness of solitude, to try something new or to ‘try on’ a new idea or quality.  Sometimes the ebb phase is something that your Higher Self has actually planned to give you the time you need to see and break out of a pattern.  One of these patterns is an habitual ‘busyness’ that our North American culture promotes.  Sometimes the pause in the flow is so we stop focusing on merely surviving and create a new life that is moving more into thriving.

Worrying about anything, while human, is non-productive and a block to thriving.  Instead of worrying, we pray, meditate and take whatever action we can to be of service.  I send angels, saints and ascended masters to people virtually every day, I pray, and if there is an action I can take such as donating some money or signing a petition or helping in some way with my knowledge, skills and experience – then I do just that.  These blogs are part of my service.  I do not write anything that I do not believe is truth and that I have not tested on myself.  I have manifested 4 homes (with the angels) one each time when I was 10 days away from homelessness, so, I know of what I am talking.  I walk my talk.  Make sure you do too.  When we are working on ourselves, we find that we have little time left to judge others – and we are not here to judge.  The collection of non-physical beings called Abraham (channeled by Esther Hicks) informs us: “Your physical world is a vast and diverse place full of an amazing variety of events and circumstances, some of which you approve of (and would like to experience), and some of which you disapprove of (and would not like to experience).  It was not your intention as you came forth into this physical experience to ask the world to change in order to accommodate your opinions of the way things should be, by eliminating all things that you do not approve of and adding to the things you do approve of.  You are here to create the world around you that you choose, while you allow the world – as others choose it to be – to exist, also.  And while their choices in no way hinder your own choices, your attention to what they are choosing does affect your vibration, and therefore your own point of attraction.”

If you are currently living at the survival level do not see yourself as a failure.  We often choose this way of life (even if we are not doing this consciously) in order to learn some very important lessons in our soul’s evolution.  Earth is a school.  “Be willing to accept the shadows that walk across the sun.  If this world were a perfect place, where would souls go to school?” (Emmanuel, in EMMANUEL’S BOOK)  We often dis-cover our ‘essence’ from our experience of lack on the physical plane.  We also dis-cover how quickly lack can turn into abundance when we begin working with our Higher Self and our angels.  I recommend that you continually remind yourself that your fears are just places within you that are awaiting your self-love.  Send love to your fears and grow.  A lot of our fears come from our inner child.  I love working with a client’s inner child; however, I needed to heal my own inner child before I felt completely confident in my ability to help the inner child in others.  Checking in with ourselves, frequently, is important.  I always tweak and fine-tune my spiritual and metaphysical practices as I learn more and aim to thrive rather than merely survive.  When we are in a thriving mode, we are in a better position to assist others who are trying to survive.  Our angels are a very important part of our team of helpers; however, we need to take an active role as guided.

Trust in God/Source and the angels and in yourself.  Believe in your ability to draw to you what you want.  What you want.  You can have everything you want, as long as you do not need it! (This was a struggle for me, personally, to get my head around, especially at periods over the last nine years where I had little money).  However, neediness is an unattractive energy.  As my metaphysical and spiritual teachers have taught me – there is an enormous difference in the energy that we send out to the universe when we intend to create money ( or anything else) rather than need it.  What would increase your sense of well-being right now?  The better you feel, the more attractive you are.  It is the Law.

Make lists of everything that you desire.  Your undiluted desires. What you desire for your life, your love, your purpose.  Write down the qualities of your ideal lifestyle, ideal mate, ideal relationship, ideal career – compare these lists and make sure that they are all aligned and harmonious with each other.  (If you wish to attract a mate with certain qualities – do you have these qualities?  If not, then develop them)

Use imagery to programme your mind to see yourself in your desired reality.  Cut out pictures from magazines and put photos of yourself in them.  (For example, do you want to visit a specific country?  Find a gorgeous scene from a travel brochure and put your photo – smiling! – right into the scene!) See my blog on the creation of a basic Vision Board.  Make sure to look at these images frequently and that they are powerful enough to make you feel joy, excitement, and gratitude and say out loud “Yes- thank you!! (If you draw – or have other ways then go for it!  Be creative.  (It is of no concern to you how these things will happen)

Our spirit guides often tell us that our dreams act like mental models (similar to the blueprints of an architect) that helps our Higher Self extend out and create what we desire and are affirming and magnetizing.  Make this fun!

Embrace and embody the feelings of your wishes fulfilled.

I like the idea of sending love to our fears and I’m going to try it! It just came to me now to visualize a fear as a version of myself, give it a “pet” name [Nervous Nellie, etc.], then beam love to it. Kind of like Debbie Ford’s “sub-personalities”. What do you and your other readers think of that? Thanks for these tips.

I think that is a great idea! Glad you like the tips!
