TIP 41:   FEAR & SABOTAGE

You must love what you desire more than you fear it, or else you will reject it, avoid it, deny it, repel it or otherwise sabotage it.  Sabotage comes from fear.  Facing your fear dispels it by shedding light on it – running from fear makes it loom larger, because you can’t run from your own shadow.  We fear loss:  if you gain what you desire, what are you afraid of losing?

TIP 42:   EMBRACE EMOTIONS

Humans are designed to experience a spectrum of emotion; emotions are only bad when they are abused or repressed, or used to manipulate and control.  Stopping the flow of emotion stops the flow of abundance, intuition and life.  A true emotion is instantaneous, so allow yourself to feel what you are feeling, accept it, and let it go.  Then choose what to feel next.

Last week we talked about frequency and how to move up the vibrational scale so to speak.  As we ascend up the realms in frequency we gain harmony and enlightenment in our lives.  We also attain knowledge as well as empowerment as we return to our original energetic state.  We begin to see a much larger picture.  Because, when we occupy a low vibrational frequency, we are grounded and our vision is limited to only the line of sight of our ego-personality.  The lower our frequency, the more we are interacting with our human self (our ego) which severely limits the information we can receive because the ego needs to satisfy its fear-based beliefs.  Raising our frequency is work that involves our body, mind and soul.  So, we must be prepared to make life changes.  We need to change our tune as we ascend into the higher realms.

Clearing your energies is a must if you are intending to live your life at a higher vibration.  I have written about this numerous times in previous blogs over the last few years because it is so crucial.  Remember to check your daily internal dialogue in order to limit your mind chatter and stay positive and uplifted rather than dragging yourself down with negative self-talk.  Remember that your angels, spirit guides and even your deceased loved ones are watching over you every day and that you are never alone.  Keep your awareness level raised in order to hear their messages.  Signs are always around us but busyness may block our awareness of them.

Do your best to stay clear of negative people who lie, gossip &/or are envious.  They are of low vibratory status and are not enlightened and do not value anything but objects and material possessions.  These people are not evil people but merely misguided and focused on the illusion rather than what is authentic.  Lightworkers, here to spread love and light, have no time for these types of people who like to reel us in with their fear-based conversations.  Since crystals are such high vibrational stones and resonate most strongly with our upper chakras (from the heart up) which most of us do our work from, you may find yourself increasingly drawn to crystal therapy as a way to heal while also raising your frequency.

Integrating both the light and dark within ourselves, accepting both sides, and embracing both is the fastest and also the most powerful way to ascension.  Embracing the part of ourselves that is dark (no matter how small that may be) helps to keep us balanced.  As Sahvanna Arienta says, “It’s very difficult to integrate and accept the dark part of ourselves when we consider it to be evil, and this makes the ascension process more difficult.  Refusing to accept a portion of yourself (and the universe for that matter) will not allow you to know your authentic self.” (THE LIGHTWORKER’S SOURCE)  When we lightworkers fully integrate both sides, we become truly powerful.  Due to the fact that our Source is Allness, complete ONENESS can only be achieved “by the inclusion, integration, and acceptance of all sides of oneself and others without the foregone conclusions of good and bad or right and wrong.”  We lightworkers, and those who are darkworkers, are people who have chosen to polarize in our ascension path.  The path to self-mastery involves the complete integration of both sides of the universe’s energetic forces.

As Hilary Clinton said at the close of the recent Democratic Party debate: “May the Force be with you.”
