Zest For Life
“I promise you, “your all” will be more than enough, in spite of any fears, limits, or invisible limiting beliefs you may now possess.” Mike Dooley
Do you give your all? That is what people with a zest for life do! They also struggle with the parts of themselves that deny that aliveness is a natural part of growth. They commit to coming alive.
Committing to coming alive means to let go of the frozen horrors of the past. This is how a new day dawns. We put aside our devotion to seriousness and take the hand of a fairy or our inner child and set off for some fun!
We enter the world of wonder, imagination and magic and each time we enter here – we know the place for the first time and are filled with joy. We create our own reality – beyond the limits of our egos. Here we know ourselves as divine beings of light and love. We claim this inheritance. It makes us very happy and happiness is very attractive. It attracts abundance. We learn a lot from joy – as Josh Radnor and Ted Mosby say, ” if we learned from suffering, wouldn’t the world be enlightened by now?” Happier people make a better world.
Our material reality can be changed at any time by taking the hand of that above-mentioned fairy or that child and entering our divine magic workshop where we vibrate at a much higher frequency which opens us up to the abundance of the universe. We lighten up.
When we lighten up it is not difficult to manifest, though we have been taught that it ought to be complicated. That then becomes our obstacle. We get weighted down with thoughts of difficulty. Thoughts become things. “… thoughts become things. That’s it! Discover it! Eat, sleep and breathe it! Make it conscious in every moment you’re alive, and once you get to the top of the mountain, while there’s still time left in your amazing, rocking life, give back and teach those who want to learn.” (Leveraging the Universe, Mike Dooley)
Commit to coming alive. Fall in love with life. Alana Fairchild comments, “… what could be more heart-wrenching than the slow death of a precious human soul, suffocated by fear and inertia?” Allow the Angels to ignite the fire within you and co-create the life of your dreams.
Angel Blessings, Monica

This title took me back 12 years when I visited a naturopath who said, “Gillian, you’ve lost your zest for life” and I remember thinking, “People actually have that?” Yes! Yes! Yes! Also, just finished a book by Louise Penny and in the foreword she said that at 35 she thought life was over and at 60 she couldn’t wait to see what came next 🙂 Can’t decide whether to grab a child or a fairy–maybe one of each!
